IndieMerchstore offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel to ensure you are completely satisfied with your official band merchandise. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
